We are delighted to introduce our exclusive custom blend 'MONTE ALTO' in collaboration with local roastery Blue Butterfly.

The roastery launched in 2021 and is helmed by Fintan Stanley, who has a wealth of experience and expertise from bean to cup, sourcing coffee farms and developing speciality roasts.

Our buying and barista team enjoyed the journey of choosing this blend, guided in the cupping process by Fintan’s knowledgeable team, selecting a roast perfect for our decerning customers palate, “clean and balanced with notes of caramel and chocolate and a light citrus finish.”
