Conde de Valdemar Blanco is a wine of the D.O.C. Rioja produced by Bodegas Valdemar. Bodegas Valdemar is a well-known Rioja family winery with a century-old wine-making tradition that began in 1889.

The grapes for Conde de Valdemar Blanco are fermented for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature of about 16ºC to preserve and better extract each variety’s fruity aromas. Subsequently the wine is aged on lees to give it more volume and creaminess in the mouth.
Conde de Valdemar Blanco is a fresh and fruity young wine with a touch of lees that give it a little more complexity.
