Mella's Fudge makes crumbly, buttery fudge using the cream of West Cork butter. Originally from Bantry, Mella started making fudge with her mother at a young age. When they had perfected the most delicious recipe, Mella started selling a tray of plain fudge to the local sweet shop, Mrs McAuliffe's. The business was born.

The combination of the most amazing butter and a traditional way of making the fudge that make this the most delectable fudge in the world.
