Althea is a modern American Hazy Pale Ale. Unlike many pales, Althea is low on bitterness, yet massively hoppy on the aroma. Named after a Grateful Dead song; Althea is a beer that can be enjoyed by the pint or by the glass!

• Speciality Malts: Golden Promise, Vienna, Melanoidin
• Hops: Citra, Amarillo, Simcoe
• Bitterness: 48 IBUs
• Aroma: Tropical fruits, such as peach, mango, and papaya
• Flavour: Rich but restrained malty graininess, overshadowed by fruity hop flavours
