- 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 10ml Egg Whites
- 5 Raspberries
Method
In a Coupe/Martini. Everything in a shaker, muddle dry shake, hard shake, fine strain. Garnish with Lemon twist on a Raspberry flag.
