Each week they then expertly grind them to produce stunning spice blends and authentic sauces, which allow you to create delicious tasting, intensely honest Indian meals of immense flavour, free from anything artificial. We also stock their exceptional Aged AAA grade Basmati Rice which is selected for its unrivalled sweetness, length of grain, and fluffy texture. Green Saffron is anything but ordinary so of course they also have some quirky but inspired seasonal produce including a superb light Christmas Pudding packed full of juicy fruits soaked in Irish Cider, whiskey and their unique Christmas spices or the Turkey Delight - aromatic Tamil spices, ready to mix with creamy coconut milk, tomatoes and lime to make the best leftover turkey dish you’ve ever had!
