We didn't want to have just any old juice bar instore, it had to reflect our values in terms of using healthy ingredients sourced locally when possible.

Back in 2007 we decided on incorporating a Juice Master Juice Bar - a concept conceived by Jason Vale who is renowned as a leading authority on health, addiction, and most importantly juicing & using the power of freshly extracted raw juice from fruit and vegetables to help you live a fitter, vibrant and juicier life! 

Our Juice Master Juice Bar makes every juice & smoothie fresh for every customer. We use only fresh low fat, live organic yoghurt and we never use concentrated or pasteurised juices and we definitely never use frozen, sugar laden yoghurt. All of the berries we use in our juices and smoothies are grown in Ireland as well as Irish apples when in season.
