Located in the Abruzzo region, the green heart of Europe , the pasta factory Rustichella d'Abruzzo use the best ingredients to make traditional and special durum wheat pasta according to the old tradition. For every 100g of dried pasta add 1 litre of water. Boil the water and add 10g of salt. Add the pasta to the boiling water and stir with a wooden utensil and let cook for the recommended 2 minutes. When ready add a cup of cold water and drain. Season to taste.
Contains gluten and eggs
Store in a cool dry place away from light and direct heat.
