OHCo’s Brooklodge Spice Rub was specially developed by Michael with Evan Doyle of the award winning Brooklodge Hotel (home to The Strawberry Tree, Ireland's only certified organic restaurant) It is an amazing versatile rub for marinating both meat and fish.
