Upon moving to Boston at the age of 11 from Dungarvan Co. Waterford. Granola, was one of Annmarie’s very many new experiences that greeted her there. Annmarie found lots more to love in Boston - including the Fermanagh man who at the age of 22 drew her back home.
After years of lamenting the fact that she couldn't find a good healthy granola, Annmarie’s husband, Liam, gave her the nudge to make her own. The first “outside of the family” test was at their boys’ school Christmas fair where Annmarie filled tubs with freshly made Granola and added a note “should I continue making granola or stick to being a full time Mum?”.
