Traditionally used to thicken sweet and savoury sauces, this organic cornflour is also great for deserts and can add lightness to your baking.
Mix 2 or 3 teaspoons of cornflour with 2 or 3 tablespoons of cold water or milk. Stir into hot liquid cooking gently as the sauce thickens.
Free from Gluten, Milk, Peanut, Egg and Soya.
Replace lid & store in a cool dry place.
