Because of our careful production method , the wonderful flavour and nutrients of this virgin oil as far as possible intact. Coconut Oil is ideal for cooking, baking, high temperature frying or as bread spread instead of butter. It is naturally saturated and free from trans-fatty acids. Coconut oil is solid below 18 degrees and becomes liquid above 24 degrees.
