They also produce delicious apple juices, a seasonal Christmas organic mulling apple juice and ciders. Conversion to organic farming began in 1994. The varieties of apples are specially chosen for their juicing properties and the fertile Kilkenny limestone soils are uniquely suited to produce delicious apples and apple juice organically.
