Altitude and low yield 60-year-old vines give this organically grown indigenous grape a freshness on the palate that makes it ideal with food. Intense citrus and white flowers on the nose. The palate tropical fruits, guava, lime, melon and minerality are beautifully balanced with fresh acidity. Pair with mezze, fish and shellfish. For an Irish cheese pairing, a St. Tola Ash Log goat’s cheese would be a delight.
