The Story of the Producer
Producing a range of artisan, 100% natural, local bacon products such as Rashers, Sausages, Puddings and Bacon Joints in Dundrum, Co. Tipperary; from farm to fork Crowes Farm is managed by a member of the Crowe family. The outdoor reared pigs are hand reared by John Paul Crowe before being processed by TJ Crowe in a state of the art family butchery. Hand-reared, hand-crafted and hand-packaged – on a real family farm - these guys deserve the title of artisan producer. Their thickly sliced bacon has no shrinkage or residue when cooking and their sausages are made using 82% pork shoulder meat blended with spices and filled into natural casings, in word –quality!
