Clotilde’s Fruit Compote
Established in 2011 in Glanworth, Co. Cork by French born Clotilde Fitzgibbon; Clotilde’s Fruit Compotes are a blend of apples and another fruit.
They are 100% natural as there is no added sugar, no additives or preservatives. They are packed in a handy 130g pot size and must be kept refrigerated.
Consumed on its own as a snack or dessert or mixed with natural yogurt, porridge, or spread on a scone, these are little pots of diversity and can even be added to savoury dishes such as pork, sausages, or venison.
Made in small batches, the fruit is are cooked slowly at low temperature so all the juices are preserved… delicious & nutritious!
