Clotildes Muffins With Apple Blackberry Compote
310g Caster Sugar
1 Pinch Salt,
4g Baking Powder
4 to 5 tablespoons Clotilde’s Apple & Blackberry Compote
Mix the sugar, the eggs, the salt & the cream
Sift the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture.
Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. Finally add the compote.
Pour the mixture into muffin molds and bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 160C
