SeaSugar sweets are handmade in their workshop in the coastal town of Larne in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.

A trial flavour which was so popular that they decided to make it a regular variety. Such a lovely combination of sweet, familiar strawberry with the more tart and acidic rhubarb. Reminiscent of summer jam on freshly baked scones.
