Lorge Chocolates

Benoit Lorge grew up in France and trained as a Pastry Chef, completing his education to Master Craftsman status. He travelled extensively and worked in many prestigious establishments before making Kenmare, Co. Kerry his home some twenty years ago. Recognising both his talent and a gap in the market Benoit started his own business, Lorge Chocolatier in 2003. Benoit strives for perfection using the best quality raw materials available while also being committed to environmental sustainability and ethical sourcing of raw materials
