La Tradizione began with two Italian friends, living in Ireland for many years, meeting up to make Italian-style sausages for ourselves, families, and friends. What started as a simple idea, quickly became a family-gathering tradition.
La Tradizione products are unique because they follow the artisan recipes of the true Italian sausage. Their long-held family recipes have evolved into their product. With a high-meat content and a perfect blend of both lean and fat pork meat, the sausages burst with mouth-watering flavour. They always aim to use natural ingredients, their sausages are low in fat and high in protein.
