Delicious barbequed Rainbow Trout farmed at Goatsbridge Trout farm, then gently barbequed using the finest wood chipping. 

At Goats Bridge Rainbow Trout farm, trout is our passion. Our knowledge and experience in of farming trout has been passed down through three generations. Each catch comes daily from the crystal clearwaters of the Little Arrigle River, giving our trout a unique taste and texture. We love trout and we know if you give it a try you will too!

Trout pate is delicious and easy to make. All you need is 100gm smoked trout, 50gm cream cheese, 50gm mayonnaise a squeeze of lemon juice then blend by hand or with a mixer. It's that easy!

The Kirwan’s farm Rainbow Trout work with a single hatchery and through the fifteen to twenty four month cycle with harvesting, filleting and pin boning onsite. Mag & Ger are a dynamic team who are extremely innovative, the result is not only fresh and smoked trout fillets but also a wonderful pâté and more unusually little jars of Goatsbridge Irish Trout Caviar! They definitely pass our taste test.
