It all starts with our milk so as you can imagine we care about our cows a lot. We treat them kindly, allow them to roam, keep them comfy in the winter, and never ever over milk them. They in turn provide us with rich creamy milk thats perfect for our cheesecake, just like this one. Since we've used this winning combination of mango and passionfruit in our range of natural yoghurt, it's proved very popular. We also loved it oursleves so much we couldn't wait to see how it would taste in our cheesecake recipe. The subtle flavour of our mango combined with the intense flavour of passionfruit works so well in our creamy cheescake topping. Along with the juicy pulp of the passionfruit, we also decided to put it's crunchy seeds in for an extra tropical dimension, it's an authentic mix of fresh and zingy fruits with creamy goodness

Glenilen Farm

This is superb dairy produce from the family farm of Alan & Valerie Kingston, in Drimoleague, West Cork.

Alan is the farmer and Valerie holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork. This coupling has resulted in delicious, light- as-a-feather cheesecakes, wonderful pots of unsweetened natural yoghurt hiding a layer of real fruit compote, rich clotted cream, double cream, fromage frais and real country butter, made in traditional churns.

All made from the milk of their own herd and of neighbouring farms, using absolutely no additives, each product is carefully handmade…. distinctive, pure and delicious!
