Grey Oyster Mushrooms are cultivated all year around in bags containing a mixture of straw and water, harvested in clusters and cut one by one. They are a high yield, fast growing crop known to help lower cholesterol levels and are a great source of potassium, iron and protein. They are highly tolerant of variations in temperature, humidity and light.

The Wexford grown gourmet mushrooms are so versatile for breakfast to dinner menus, special diets and diabetics.
