What began as a hobby in 1998 has turned into the only specialist in the region to cultivate edible exotic and gourmet mushrooms. Their exotic and gourmet mushrooms are all naturally grown to the highest standards without using chemicals, pesticides or animal by products. The Wexford grown gourmet mushrooms are so versatile for breakfast to dinner menus, special diets and diabetics.
