Eve's Smokey Tomato Relish is made with tomatoes, onions and smoked paprika. This relish is fab hot and cold and can be paired with Burgers, Wraps, Sandwiches, Goats cheese, used as a Pasta Sauce and it goes great as a pizza topping. Why not try mixing it with mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese or mix with coleslaw to give it a smokey twist!

All their relishes are made by hand, without the use of additives or any artificial preservatives and using only the freshest ingredients, cooking each in small batches to ensure perfection is achieved every time.

Eve's Leaves are handmade relishes, made from chemical free produce grown at the foot of Cnoc na dTobar mountain in Kerry by Yvonne McKay and her husband Eamonn. The business had it's conception in 2015, spurred on from from years of growing experience and a passion for creating food for family and friends. There are five relishes – tomato chilli, smokey, roasted red pepper, balsamic beetroot and piccalilli – which are made fresh every week and are free from gluten, dairy, artificial preservatives and are vegan-friendly. We love the Piccalilli relish; a delicious blend of fresh chunky vegetables blended with a mild but slightly tangy sauce and seasoned with mustard and turmeric, perfect with cheese and fab on a hotdog. But we can see the Tomato Chilli as having huge appeal now that BBQ season is underway – the fresh ginger, garlic, and just a hit of heat from the chilli pairs so well with burgers
