Dungarvan Brewing Company

Dungarvan Brewing Company was Waterford’s first micro-brewery, producing a range of bottle-conditioned traditional style ales, brewed using traditional methods and all natural ingredients with an emphasis on quality, craft and tradition. All the beers are traditionally brewed and bottled on-site in Dungarvan, Co. Waterford. The brewery is the brainchild of brothers-in-law Cormac O’Dwyer and Tom Dalton. After several years home-brewing, Cormac got Tom interested in his hobby and gave him an appreciation of brewing and beers and the Dungarvan Brewing Company was born.
