This balanced & complex oil is produced by the Carvalho Neto family from the groves on their Mascarenhas estate in the unique setting of Trás-os-Montes (beyond the mountains) in north-eastern Portugal. 

Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Variety: verdeal, Madural, Cobrancosa

Tasting notes: Verdant and fruity with notes of apple and fresh-cut grass.
