Quality lasts and Wexford Home Preserves have being making the very best jams, marmalades and preserves for more than 25 years.
Ellen & Sean O’Leary started making jams in 1988 from their kitchen in Broadway, Co. Wexford.
When the couple decided to retire, Ellen’s nephew Tom and his wife Laura decided to carry on this family business.
Ellen and Sean are still working with Laura and Tom passing on recipes and trade knowledge.
The preserves jams and marmalades are made from an age old traditional recipe using only 100% natural ingredients.
The method used is open pot boiling, and this combined with the best fruit gives Wexford Preserves that great taste and something special.Share
