Mother and son team Catriona and Rory Flaherty make really delicious dessert puddings, full of all the superior tastes of authentic, homemade fare. They have been making puddings for years for family and friends and now have developed a retail offering. The idea for the business and the clever name were inspired by Catriona’s childhood s her mother was a great cook and there was always ‘something nice’ in the house for visitors, she recalls that whenever she was called for dinner, her first question would be ‘What’s for Pudding?" – hence the name. What’s for Pudding? produce three traditional style dessert puddings; comforting Sticky Toffee Pudding, rich Chocolate Pudding and a zingy Lemon and Blueberry Pudding. Every single ingredient is one you will recognise. Heated in the oven (or microwave), the sauce melts into the pudding giving a deliciously moist sponge, these puddings are made to share – with enough in each box for four people.
