Fairfield Farm

Fairfield Farm Fresh Milk was set up in Enniscorthy in 2013 by farmer Nick Doyle to provide full fat non- homogenised milk to the locality, bringing back ‘milk like it used to be’. Homogenisation breaks down the fat globules in milk and stops the fat floating to the surface as it would do naturally. The difference with Fairfield Farm milk is that it is a single farm milk and only pasteurised, leaving all the ‘good stuff’ still in the milk and it tastes richer with cream layer on top.
