March 2019 sees the fifth bottle release of this spring seasonal, Mahon Falls Rye Pale Ale which was first served at festivals in 2012 and went on to become Dungarvan Brewing Co. annual spring release after. Following a two year hiatus, they welcome the spring once again with this punchy rye ale.

Tropical fruit flavours are to the fore here with the use of Challenger, Galaxy, Summit and Ella hops to make this a punchy, fruity ale while underneath the nuttiness of the rye provides a contrasting earthiness.

Best served lightly chilled, from 8-12°C.

Food Pairings: This full-flavoured beer works great with lighter-flavoured foods like chicken, pork and fish or even with salad dishes.
