Traditionally associated with Devon and Cornwall, clotted cream could be called ‘double-double cream’. It is very rich at 60% fat but very delicious. Lusciously silky smooth clotted cream, rich taste and colour comes from both the special cooking method and the grass fed diet of the West Cork cows who supply the milk for the cream.
Try spreading it on scones with jam for that traditional cream tea or try it on fruit tarts and desserts.

This is superb dairy produce from the family farm of Alan & Valerie Kingston, in Drimoleague, West Cork.
Alan is the farmer and Valerie holds a degree in Food Science and Technology from University College Cork. This coupling has resulted in delicious, light- as-a-feather cheesecakes, wonderful pots of unsweetened natural yoghurt hiding a layer of real fruit compote, rich clotted cream, double cream, fromage frais and real country butter, made in traditional churns.
All made from the milk of their own herd and of neighbouring farms, using absolutely no additives, each product is carefully handmade…. distinctive, pure and delicious!
