Treat yourself naturally… Nothing shouted Christmas in The Lawless family house like the smell of a warm fruity plum pudding and it has endured as one of their great family memories. All puddings are handmade in small batches on their farm in County Galway to ensure maximum pudding pleasure.

The dried fruit is soaked for days in Brandy and cider; combine with the other ingredients; steam for up to 5 hours – then liberally douse again with more Brandy…. Just like you would do at home.

Storage

This Pudding is fully cooked. Store in a cool dry place. Although care has been taken to remove all stalks and stones from teh dried fruit, some may remain.
