As Peter Mulryan is a stickler for quality, he insists on first making a vodka which is then used as the base for the gin. Unlike others, they never use straight grain neutral alcohol. Blackwater No. 5 is crisp and elegant, great as a G\u0026amp;T, excellent in a cocktail.
