Causing quite a stir, literally and meteorically (!) since its launch, we are delighted to say we are now stocking Peanut Rayu from Dublin based company White Mausu. A fusion of Japanese and Chinese flavours, this utterly delicious and it has to be said addictive peanut chilli sauce was inspired by owner Katie Sanderson’s time growing up in Hong Kong.
Versatile and packed full of flavour, texture and some lovely heat, this is a friend to your larder. Carefully blended peanuts, sesame, honey, crispy garlic, Korean chilli flakes, salt, tamari, sunflower oil, it will revolutionize your vegetables and love up your eggs, avocado toast and steak.
We have already roasted lap of lamb (literally paste on the peanut Rayu and cook for 1hr 30 at 180®) and topped a pumpkin and fennel galette to stunning effect and yes, we admit, eaten it out of the jar.

Made with love in Dublin, this devastatingly delicious recipe fuses Japanese and Chinese flavours to spice up any dish. Give your vegetables a kick, jazz up a stir-fry, eggs or avocado on toast; rumour has it it's great on a grilled steak or (shhh!) just eat straight from the jar.
Marries well with all egg dishes, poached, fried or scrambled. With a big crusty bit of bread and some crunchy kale perhaps?
