The Lismore Food Company is the brainchild of Beth-Ann Smith and brothers Owen and Ken Madden, all three of whom share a love of fine ingredients and a lifetime of experience in food.
Beth-Ann is Ballymaloe Cookery School trained and head chef at Lismore Castle. The Madden brother's family opened a bakery and public house on Lismore’s Main Street in the early 1800’s which is now home to The Lismore Food Company.
Generations later, they continue this rich tradition of baking in the same historic location.
The packaging of their biscuits befits the sheer quality inside – delightful. These divine crisp apple thins wrapped in the finest dark Belgian chocolate are an epicurean delight.
Luxurious & delicious, best enjoyed alone or for sharing if one must.
