Award winning chef Martin Dwyer, previously of Dwyer's Restaurant in Waterford, is Ardkeen Quality Food Store's fresh food advisor. Martin continues to be amoung the country's most respected chefs. He has been a member of Euro-Toques, the European organisation of chefs, for the last 10 years and was elected as their Commissioner General in January 2005.

With an emphasis on quality and taste his role includes:

• Devising new recipes for our Cookshop range of prepared meals.
