Eamonn Lonergan is a true artisan, displaying a rare and wonderful passion for cheese-making. His cheese is carefully handcrafted from full cream cow’s milk produced from the Lonergan Pedigree Friesian herd. Knockanore’s simple, subtle flavour, and rich creamy texture offers a real taste of the country. It comes flavoured with spices and herbs such as black pepper and chives or oakwood smoked. We’ve had the pleasure of Eamonn demonstrating his cheese making at our ‘Taste of Christmas 2009’ and you will find his wonderful products at the Sheridans Cheese counter instore.
