Gubbeen Farmhouse meats come to us from Fingal Ferguson of Gubbeen Farmhouse Products, Skull, Co. Cork. They are handmade using only quality ingredients, time and care. The products are a marriage of traditional methods and modern flavours.
Gubbeen is founded on five generations of farming with a strong belief that animal husbandry is vital. Their pigs are reared both outside and indoors in big straw pens. The pigs thrive on a diet of G.M. free feeds, cheese whey from their dairy, and when they are lucky, leftover olives from the Real Olive Company!
